Having trouble sleeping? Try eating two Kiwifruits one hour before bed. Research from Taipei Medical University in Taiwan shows that the levels of antioxidants and serotonin in kiwifruit may help treat sleep disorders. According to the study, subjects fell asleep 35% faster.
So next time you have trouble sleeping, try popping a couple kiwifruits instead of Nyquil.
