Time. It’s a precious thing. Something that most people wish they had more of. Are you making the most of your free time? What would you be doing if you had more time? I know I’d be working out more. But, let’s be realistic, most people don’t have the luxury of breaking a sweat whenever they want.
These days, it seems like everyone’s running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Between work and family commitments, it can be almost impossible to get the necessary stuff done let alone get a workout in. Everyone needs a little time for themselves though. I bet if you sat down and looked at your schedule, you could carve out at least 20 minutes a day. It doesn’t sound like much, but in the long run, it could make a world of a difference.
One of the most important things Bill has taught me is to go back to the basics. Too many people make their workouts complicated. It doesn’t have to take a ton of time or require pricey equipment advertised on tv. With just a few moves and 20 or 30 minutes, you can have a great workout. Some of Bill’s clients travel for work, but I always overhear them saying that they got their sweat session in while they are away. The key is to make it simple. When I’m short on time, I resort to push ups, jumping jacks, skips, and lunges.
