KB High Pulls – 30 sec (right side)
KB Snatches – 30 sec (right side)
1 Arm KB Swings – 30 sec (left side)
KB High Pulls – 30 sec (left side)
KB Snatches – 30 sec (left side)

Round 2
KB Single Leg 2 Hand Dead lift – 30 sec per side
Tactical lunge – 1 min
KB Squat – 1 min

Round 3
Pushup on KB – 1min
One Arm Row – 30 sec per arm
Russian Twists – 1 min

Repeat for a total of three times
