July 2012 – Workout Challenge of the Month

This workout is very challenging.  Please rest when needed.  Your goal is to complete the workout as fast as you can with correct form.  Once you are complete, post your time in the comment section.

You will perform the first 2 moves as instructed and then repeat for 3 rounds, then the next 2 moves for 3 rounds.  Next, you repeat the first two exercises again for 2 rounds then the next 2 moves for 2 rounds.  Finally you repeat the first 2 moves for 1 round, then the next 2 moves for 1 round.

Repeat for 3 total rounds before moving to the next round 

25 Pushups
20 Pullups
Repeat for 3 total rounds before moving to the next round
