“Being that I was a college athlete, I didn’t think that I would ever need a personal trainer. I felt that I already had the tools and knowledge to create a personal solid workout regimen. Then I came to the realization that I wasn’t motivated and that I needed someone to push me. So, I decided to try the circuit training with Bill. After the first circuit training workout I was pumped. Even though I was out of shape, I knew that this was exactly what I needed and I would actually enjoy it. Bill pushed us with positive motivation and he always took the time to make sure we were doing the exercise accurately. I was having fun and getting back into shape. Due to the fact that I really enjoyed the circuit training and I started to see immediate results, I decided to sign up for personal training sessions as well. Now I workout with Bill 3-4x a week and I am really seeing the benefits of it!”
